Maybe it will help to think of what you would say to someone you love if they told you what you feel....and perhaps that would be good advice to follow as it seems we give the best understanding advice to the people we love. Feel better soon buddy <3

Maybe it would help to talk with people like you, perhaps who feel guilty of the same thing...a support forum or Me We Too could help. For loneliness - go out and do something you enjoy. I haven't tried Meetup but I've heard it can be good for meeting new people. It's said exercise can help you feel better. Maybe a fresh air walk outside. Hope you feel better soon <3
